I want to buy two of a product but you only have one. Will you get more in stock?
All of our products are unique and handmade by local artists and makers. Even where local makers make two or three of something it will never be exactly the same, and we think that is wonderful! If you do really love an item, would like two, and you are not in a rush, please get in touch on info@knottthendshop.com and we can see if another can be made.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free to those living in Knott End On Sea, Preesall, Hambleton, Stalmine and Pilling in Wyre. For deliveries outside this area we use the delivery service by Hermes at their pre-set rate. Please see individual items for more information on costs.
Who makes the goods on your website?
Everything we sell is made by local artists and makers in Wyre, Lancashire. The beautiful things on our website are just a small selection of what we have for sale in our cosy shop in Knott End On Sea. Come and see us
What if I am not happy with something I buy and want to return it
We are happy to give a 100% refund for any goods returned within 21 days of purchase.
I live in Wyre and I make things. Can I sell things in your shop or on your website?
We are always interested in hearing from more makers and artists but we try not to stock too many items that are the same. We are open Wednesdays to Sundays 10-5. It is probably best to come and see us and have a chat.
